Who We Are
Trinity Commercial Development, founded in 1998, is an experienced, full service development company that is active in sales, leasing, acquisitions, redevelopment and property management. The partners and managers at Trinity Commercial Development have completed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial development including big box shopping centers, outparcel developments, retail outlets, pharmacies, and office buildings.
As property owners and investors, Trinity has purchased pools of non-performing loans from the FDIC. These loans were secured by commercial and residential real estate. Our team has extensive experience with all aspects of workout, stabilization strategy and asset management.
Trinity is a highly focused, hands on group of managers and owners with experience in all aspects of real estate including commercial sales, leasing, property management, permitting and entitlement, site assemblage, and investment property acquisition.
Latest Projects
Goodwill Store and Donation Center - Delmont, PA
Trinity was engaged by Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania to develop a brand new, free-standing store and donation center in Delmont, PA. The project was completed in just under six months, which would not be possible without the help of our friends at Franjo Construction, Ulery Architecture, Morris Knowles & Associates, and ACA Engineering.
Welcome Drive Basketball!
We are happy to extend a warm welcome to one of our newest tenants, Drive Basketball. Drive recently took possession of the quonset hut that was previously part of the Schaffner plant in Emsworth, PA, and converted it into a state-of-the-art basketball training facility.
McKees Rocks Allegheny County Housing Authority Building
Trinity was engaged by the Allegheny County Housing Authority to develop its new headquarters, located in McKees Rocks, PA. The team has been working alongside Franjo Construction, Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects, Morris Knowles and ACA Engineering to construct a brand new, state of the art office building. The project broke ground in October 2019 and was completed in November 2020.
